Has anyone else had their computer showing a completely different website for the Q? All of the menu items are showing on the left side and are categorized. I don't like this at all, it is a mess! To me, it is hard to even look up anything using an item number. I called Customer Service Reps twice, and they have said that they have not seen anything like what I am describing, but they would report it. They feel like it might be my computer, but I don't think so. Does anyone know how to handle this problem?

@theQshopper - I saw something like what you're describing when there were server issues for the website last week. There's really nothing you can do on your end until the servers/site update, so you may just want to check back in an hour or so. (If you continue to experience weird site issues, though, I recommend the typical steps of clearing your cache and cookies and/or trying a different browser. This site is full of gremlins, and they can do some crazy things from time to time!)

Yes, it is different, but I don't see it as a bad thing. Just something new to get used to.

I've  been using my cell phone to post.  Sometimes when I sign on I get a different format.  (Can't get it to do it now)  I scroll down looking at the right hand column.  I'll come to two words, the second one being "full".  When I click on it, things suddenly return to normal.  I think the strange format is the so-called mobile version.

If you see this anywhere on your strange-looking screen, pick on full.

loooong menu, broken into sub-choices on the left, then finally the forums at the bottom?  Mine does that everytime I get too far from the WiFi. (That's every night.)

It looks the same to me. I see no change in anything with this horrible website.

You need to clean your cache and cookies, etc.

Nothing looks different on my computer.

Maybe you need to clean/clear out your cache/cookies.

Do not like the new format for easy pay items.  Older version was more user friendly.  Not sure why they changed it but I guess I was old school, I printed the log out and then if I wanted to get something paid off earlier I just processed.  Too many pages to print now and even try to figure stuff out.
