I have the Q on often and I don't even know who she was???????

I think it's okay to give your opinion on a host, I didn't think it was mean at all.  Actually the Antonella thing was really funny!!  LOL

I don’t think it’s very funny to call anyone brash. Calling someone that is not a compliment.  It’s a put down and very unkind.

I think it's a little odd that there were hardly any threads about Alex and now that she's gone, "new" posters are asking about her in a regular basis.  Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe not.

Didn't the same thing happen when Patti Riley left?  I remember lots of folks indicating that they thought the posts were coming from Patti herself, her friends and family.   Maybe happening again.

Personally I thought that Alex might do well at HSN, but she just did not fit the mold of the better QVC hosts. I have to agree with the other posters about Antonella also.

Yes, I think there are more posts about her now that she is gone then there were when she was a QVC host and the majority are from posters with very low post counts.  Just things that make you think Hmm.

@missy1

I was a big fan of Lisa Mason. I was pleased when she returned for a short period last year but then she had to leave again due to her husbands illness.

Exactly...my thoughts!!!  Could they be one and the same person???  She was not a host that I would watch, so farewell to her!!

She didn't look like the other homogeneous hostesses. To witty, funny, fast at the draw, perhaps to casual. I personally liked her for her uniqueness, but she didn't say "ya all" enough & "I'm from the South" she reminded me of a young version of the brash "Yo, I'm Italian, so you gotta love me, Antonella"

Hey Alex is that you????

Yet another "new" poster with comments about Alex Butler ....its getting old.....

@Spurt I agree with you, it's probably Alex stirring the pot that has gotten cold.
