Why is it that when you put several items (fashion, for example) in the cart, it shows reduced shipping and handling and yet when you get the bill, you are charged full s/h for each item and I think sometimes higher? I think this is deceiving, to say the least because as you are looking at your cart you think you are getting a break and in reality you are not. Does the Q think we are fools? I am not referring to the same item from the same vendor, I am referring to different items from the same vendor.
