QVC has done this for awhile now.

At the holidays last year they had Tara Tesher (Temp-tations) do a show called Tara and Friends where she was "hosting" and selling various products (food, clothing, jewelry, etc.)

They continued the trend for a few weeks this year (April/May) with Dennis Basso hosting his own show: Dennis and Friends. He too, was selling various things.

Now they have given Carla her own show because she is part of the "Over 50 and Fabulous" group. 

The execs are basically at the board meeting throwing darts at a show idea board, trying to generate revenue.

They think people who "love" these vendors/ambassadors will tune in and spend money on the same stuff the actual QVC hosts show daily 🤷

Pretend example: If Shawn can't sell you a callous remover, maybe celebrity chef Carla Hall will 😄

Must be working because they keep bringing these vendors in to do these stand alone shows.

Look out QVC hosts...
