I think the entire website needs a thorough overhaul. It's often times slow and wonky, the pages either freeze or bounce up and down. Very frustrating for anyone who really does want to order.


@ManyMeows   I put this comment on another thread about the new reviews and thought it also belongs here.  I cannot leave a review, will not work for me.  I do not like the new format and will not bother to resolve the problem on my computer...just will leave it be and write reviews!  QVC's IT continues to be inferior!

Since they changed the format of the reviews, I often cannot access them. I do not like what I have to go through to place a review now, so I’m probably not going to do as many. These website technicians never fix the problems, so why change the reviews and add more problems. The website is not good. I would have preferred that they fix things like scrolling through your purchase list. Sometimes an item I purchased no longer shows on it. It’s insane. Other things could have been worked on also.

It does need an overhaul! Why did they have to change the reviews format instead of fixing the website? Silly.

I can not leave a review, read a review.  This needs to go back to the old system.  If I can not read review I will not be spending any money.  Hope someone from the Q are reading this information and fix the issue.
