There must be a tech problem with the Q website. I cannot access any reviews, i.e. Fashions. Hope it gets fixed soon! Anyone else having problems?

Yes I am also having the same problem.  I did email customer service.  I like to read reviews, if available before I buy an item.  However, lately it says there are reviews but I am unable to open any.

Many times I have not been able to access the reviews.  I wonder if they sometimes have to turn them off for capacity and speed of the network.

I am able to access reviews. I just read some for VPH items and Kim Gravel. I am using my MacBook and Chrome.

I can read them on my phone but not on my laptop.  I also can't access my wish list on my laptop.

Normally, I can access reviews if they are not on my wish list-if you haven't already done so, try keying in the item number. The problem I am having is accessing my wish list-I haven't been able to view it for 2 days, Still waiting to hear from customer service!

I can access reviews BUT cannot write a review.  Tried several times, several days and still cannot access!  Same kind of problems as others are experiencing...

I can see reviews, but when I try to review it asks me to sign in, even though I'm signed in already, with my name at the top of the screen.  I then sign in again and I get a blank screen.  On my phone, I am able to type my review, but then it asks me to agree to the "terms and conditions", and there is nothing for me to click on.  Hope it gets fixed!

I just added something to my wish list and then I could see everything in it.  When I get out of it to go back in, I am unable to access it.  Very strange.

I am also having the same issue trying to post a review. I get the message that I need to first agree to the terms and conditions, but there is no area to click on that I do agree.

 

I think the entire website needs a thorough overhaul. It's often times slow and wonky, the pages either freeze or bounce up and down. Very frustrating for anyone who really does want to order.
