I have had an item on waitlist since June 8th and checked on it yesterday, to find it had been canceled. Too bad I thought, and shopped for a replacement. I found the exact item I had had canceled is available with a different item number and at a much higher price. What gives with that??? Anyone else have this happen to them?

I haven't had an item canceled, but I did find something odd.
I was looking for Bare Minerals Original SPF15 Foundation. I found it under one item #A200323 labeled "Best Seller" for $27.00 with 421 reviews, and an overall rating of 4 out of 5. These reviews go all the way up to June 2014.
The exact same thing is listed under item #A202721, for $27.00 with 22 reviews and an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 - and labeled "Customer Top Rated". These reviews stop in February of 2014.
They're both the exact same thing, for the same price, one has a video, the other doesn't, both have all the same shades of foundation. So I have no idea why they have it under two different item numbers. It makes me suspicious, and I don't even know why!

Well, my waitlist item was $37 and the SAME item under a different item number is $54! I'm hoping there was just an error and I can get my item for the price I bought it for.

Customer service has honored my original order! I think my order just got caught in a ""gray"" area. Happy now!

CS has done the same thing to me TWICE!!!!!!!!
Back in the day CS would e-mail or send a post card stating that your waitlist is up BUT you would remain on the list unless (and here's the important part) YOU called and canceled the waitlist. Well not so much anymore, after 45 days CS does send you an e-mail but only to tell you their canceling your waitlist!!!
I too went to the item I ordered and low and behold there was only ONE available the one they took from my waitlist and put back in their stock. Now how dumb and inconsiderate of the Q for a twenty year plus customer. Fortunately I've been able to catch it so far and put it back on the so called "waitlist".
It's just a stupid game and you call CS and they act even dumber than they are, so something is up with the Q, unfortunately we the customers don't know what it is. It's actually why I've been shopping less & less at the Q. I unfortunately REALLY want this waitlist ring.

I just ordered three tops...all the same ones....different colors....
They started out In Process....then went to Backorder....I called c.s. because the shirts were still available and I was able to put them all in my cart....she said it was a problem with the system....
Later yesterday they went back to In Process....
This morning they were on Backorder, again....I call c.s.....she says the same thing as the person last night....
Later today one is now In Process....two others on Backorder....yet they are all still available online...
NOW WHAT THE HECK DO YOU THINK THAT IS ALL ABOUT....
