I need to return a jacket from one order and a top from another order. I'd like to return them in one package to save on the return shipping cost. Is that allowed? I'm just a little afraid that they won't notice that there are two different items from two different orders and I won't get the correct refund.
Has anyone done this; and if so were you credited the right amount?

Since this question thread keeps coming up in the Google search way above the actual answer from QVC, I just wanted to put the link here.
The answer is no. Items must be returned individually, in separate packaging, with separate invoice sheets (you can create your return online and then print it out). There are so many things that I really like about QVC, but this one is silly. I get that makeup and shoes and other things live in separate warehouses, but if you have multiple clothing items all going to the same place, customers should be able to return in a single package.

I have returned two items in one bag before, but they were the same category, like clothing. I was told several years ago by a CS that it was okay to return items that way! I do write in big black letters on the outside of bag - TWO RETURNS!!

I just returned 2 items in the same bag (I paid my own postage) last week to QVC and they have received and processed BOTH of my returns. You just have to make sure they are going to the same place. Ex: jewelry is processed in a different warehouse than clothing. The invoice will tell you where to return the item, I wrote on the outside of the bag in a black marker "2 returns in bag" and I taped each return invoice to its item separately.

I wouldnt if it were me. A friend did that with the other shopping channel and they only gave her credit on one item.
If you really want to know call customer service and ask them.

I was told by CS that you can return multiple items in one bag if they are fashion. Just make sure you return it with the proper paper work so they can give you credit.

To the original poster: Ask in the CUstomer Care forum so a QVC Mod employee will respond to you with an official answer. Don't take the word of fellow posters.
FYI - I always return multiple items in one box and ship it back UPS or P.O. if I don't have many. It is always cheaper per item than way than using Q's return label and I don't have to worry about what you are asking.

@Pearlee this is an old thread. I posted this question in 2012 (see my OP) and at that time there was no Customer Care forum. lol...I have returned more than one item in the same package but they were only clothing items and I made sure to indicate that the return contained multiple orders.
I'm surprised this thread is showing up again. It's old.

I returned strands of lights (same order, but shipped in multiple boxes) I put 2 strands in 1 box included both packing slips, however, only 1 strand was credited, easy fix, called CS and with no hassle the 2nd strand was credited, just a longer wait time.
Just make sure you watch the amount you are being credited.

I just talked to CS and they said, yes you can, if both items go to the same place. There are separate return addresses for different items.
