Called Customer Service Today!

ok Ladies...sorry....just need to vent. I have always paid my QVC bill the very day it arrives. Today I received a nasty letter in the mail from "THE Q" telling me to not cancel orders or they would have to cancel my Q-card. Are they kidding me? I have only canceled an order when I placed it and saw an outragous shipping charge! For example, something is $29.00 with a ten dollar shipping charge! So I called them today and said, you don't need to send me threatening letters in the mail AND I am canceling my card myself. With people losing jobs, they are lucky anyone even orders from them. I don't need nasty letters in the mail. Ok thanks girls. I feel better now. I know someone out there is reading this and might share my feelings.
