Here we go again!  Two days in a row now I have been sent clothing items in the wrong size!  I ordered two as is Susan Graver jeggings. The only part of my order that was correct were the color of the items. Since when is an "as is" item supposed to be a let me close my eyes and grab something off the shelf and send it out situation?!!

 

This is happening more and more. As is items are becoming grab bags and enough is enough. I called customer service a few minutes ago and I asked for a supervisor because I feel bad getting into in with the customer service representatives. I ended up explaining to her what had happened anyway.  

 

She then transferred me and I was holding for a supervisor when the Q hung up on me!!!!!  Oh now that is truly unacceptable and even more frustrating!! I think it may be time to take my business somewhere else!

Last time I returned an as is item that came in the wrong size they initially charged me $9.95 to return it. That better not happen again either.

 

Where is quality control? Who do they have working in their warehouses? 

Can they read?

I think this is common all over with 'Christmas help'....They know that they are only there a short time and don't care...

Well, that is too bad, especially if you were hoping to wear the jeggings for an upcoming holiday thing.

 

I have been lucky recently.  I have just received an as is SG blazer and faux leather jacket (great price!), exactly as ordered.

 

Poor customer service is infuriating, but I would have to agree with others that it may be due to the Christmas rush.  I like this time of year, but honestly, hope you don't have a plumbing failure during the next two weeks.  Might be hard to find someone to fix it.

I wouldn't blame QA. They cannot look at every each that comes in. I woked QA for a number of years and that is not the way it works. You should certainly contact CS and tell them your complaint. This is a busy time of year so it may take a while to get any satisfaction.

I do think it has to do with x-mas help and being overwhelmingly busy.

 

I ordered something from another store on November 30.  I just rec'd it yesterday and it's the wrong item.  I called CS and was told to send back the wrong item and re-order what I had initially ordered.  No sorry, no nothing from the rep.

 

However, because I ordered on Cyber Monday, I rec'd 50% off, another 10% off and free s/h.  That same deal is no longer applicable.  On top of that, I'd never get the item in time for x-mas and this was a gift and even if all other things fell into place, the item I originally ordered is now out of stock.

Mistakes happen.  I order a lot of as is and haven't had this type of issue.

I just received a GREEN Northern Nights down quilt; I ordered BLUE MIST. it cost me $8.95 to return it. Not a happy camper!I

You will not have to pay return S&H. Contact CS and tell them you received the wrong item.
