Since when is CLEARANCE CONSIDERED PROMOS???? - SO here's the thing- I've had a ring on my wish list for a long time now- kept waiting to see if they'd send me a card or e-mail with ez pays- Even when I placed an order for something else I would ask if I had any I didn't know about yet (sometimes that happens around holidays) --THAT's how long I've had that ring on my wish list.--ANYHOW- about a week or so ago- I go to my wish list and WHAT? My ring is on CLEARANCE!!! Yippee! ALmost half price! I call and order and am going to pay with a check. UHoh!- My dh forgot to mail the check ( found it under the placemat!) So I cross my fingers and go to the order and it's still there but then I read at midnight it's EZ PAY DAY!!! On everything! So I go to switch my payment to card but it doesn't tell me how- I go to the page my ring is on- and yep - still available in my size so I order it andput it on my card- 5 ez pays!!! BUT wait- I figure i should cancel the check order number since it won't let me switch and I can't get ahold of a CS til 7:30 AM --- so that's what I do- BUT then I notice the price has been increased!!! WHAT? WHY?-- I call CS and she says they don't allow 5 ezpays on PROMO PRICES! I say what PROMO PRICES?- It was on clearance!!! SHE says= CLEARANCE IS CONSIDERED PROMO PRICED! AND offers to re-instate the cheaper price but won't give me the 5 ez pays!! WOW! Waiting on a supervisor now to call back- I won't hold my breath.
