From what I am reading, you remember what the V represents in QVC. The problem is how that representaion is not true anymore.

I can understand the frustration.  I had ordered a Barefoot Dreams sweater and instead I received a Logo top.  The clear plastic bag had the label of the sweater I had ordered but the contents weren't even close. I am still waiting for the correct item to be sent. 

However, I also had ordered from another company and received the wrong item as well.  The item I ordered was no longer available so I just had to get my money back.

Very frustrating.

@Sheila Morelan - If you look under the "Clearance" tab, you'll see different categories.  One of them is "As Is".  These items will be sold at a lower price than new products, but I always check on the "new" item number, just in case it's on regular clearance.  Sometimes that price can be even lower!

Here's what it says about things in that category:
