I've been a QVC shopper since almost the beginning but I'm hanging it up. I can no longer afford their prices so I've been buying As Is. I used to be able to buy As Is clothing and never had a problem but over the last year or so, I've had to return too many items. Clothes that were obviously damaged, washed and shrunk, the wrong size or the wrong item sent.

I ordered an As Is Anybody cozy knit print top and jogger set in Large Tall. It arrived today and looked brand new, perfect condition. Then I noticed the jogger pants were the correct size but the top was a size Small. Does anyone actually check returns anymore? Anywho, I'm done.

QVC, you lost a Quality Valuable Customer. Thanks for reading. I just needed to get it off my chest. 💜

Everything is not always perfect in "cheerleader land" and a person has a right to vent when something goes wrong and they feel like leaving even a person with a "low score".

I hearted the OP, I understand the disappointment. I never pay full price, As Is, Clearance, Final Sale are my Q go to's & so far I've been lucky, excellent condition - no returns. Take care @9pearls

Who cares. 

I had to start over at 1 post two weeks ago because Q's systems didn't work. That doesn't mean I'm new or have an alternative personality. And even if I did, it's not your problem.
