It is my birthday this month so my husband splurged on a very expensive Affinity Diamond 14k gold ring that I wanted. (J 274349) It was almost $900 on clearance. I was so excited to be receiving this ring. When I opened the package inside the plastic bag was a $300 sterling silver ring (J 266972), but of course they charged me the $900!

The bag that the ring was in had the item number for the 14k gold ring, but had the sterling ring inside. I called customer service and her response was "Oh these things happen!" Not with my money they don't! Of course the ring went back immediately, but I am so disappointed that my birthday gift was spoiled. I have ordered the 14k gold ring again. I can't wait to see what they send this time.
