Brett Hamilton is so incredibly patient. Every TSV he represents this season has ‘testimonial calls’ that are nothing but a QA session and he answers every one of them.

Re: Brett Hamilton Appreciation

I had to look him up to see who you meant.  I agree with you - Bret's very good and patient to a fault.  I enjoy his presentations.  I wonder what happened to the former electronics guy, Oscar.

Re: Brett Hamilton Appreciation

@ValuSkr  Oscar is still around.  I was seeing him in the overnight/very early AM hours, but since that programming went to a continuous loop of the TSV hour Oscar's air time would have been further reduced.  He may be on QVC2 during "live" program hours, but I was watching that channel via Roku and in recent months there has been an issue with the stream, so I rarely tune in anymore. To make a long story short, if you click away from QVC for a minute Roku goes back to the home screen and you have to reload the channel.  It's very frustrating because a lot of my QVC viewing is done during breaks in a program I'm watching on another channel Woman Frustrated

I agree about Brett.  His demeanor is fantastic for what he has to deal with during a day when he must be on air several times -- sometimes as in the case of Fire presentations for full hours.

Re: Brett Hamilton Appreciation

A couple of times this afternoon, poor Brett looked so tired, I was afraid he might knell over.  He sort of zoned out and was in his own little world while the hosts yammered away.

@ValuSkr   Oscar actually was on late last night CA time.  Had just mentioned missing  him to my son and suddenly there he was presenting the TSV I think with Courtney Webb.

I wish he made housecalls - sometimes I am overwhelmed by the new technology coming into my home.  But I watch him and learn every time.

If you are on FB, Brett has a FB page and he's fantastic in answering customer questions that are more technical than what he can usually go into on air.  Or if you miss his presentation and would like a brief answer to something, he really is great!
