Lots of Kim Gravel, and Gourmet Holiday and Philosophy, I get the Philosophy though as it is their 25th Anniversary, but lots of repetition with some of the other shows...
I rarely watch, I tune in from time to time to check out what is on, but rarely watch for more than 5 or 10 minutes.......

Yeah, August, is almost here though.
Boards are a bore too. Afraid to say anything, afraid to reply to a subject, etc.
No free speech. Like a bingo game hall. LOL

I know I can "change the channel" - and, I do. As a long time QVC shopper, I have watched the channel morph and change, and change is often good. I must say, though, the hours-long shows on one group of items does indeed drive me away. The 4, 5, and even 6 hours spent on food is one example (gourmet holiday, anyone?). An hour spent on the TSV is another. Is it just me? Do other shoppers enjoy these extended presentations? Maybe it's the heat that's making me annoyed and bored! 🥵🤣 Your thoughts?
You do sound bored, but this is a shopping channel that sells whatever they have to sell. It's NOT meant to be entertainment.
You're really expecting too much from any shopping channel.
Here's an idea ... read a book or watch a movie.

@RJGeorgia . I agree with you. Don't like CIJ. Too much time spent on TSV at one time.
Too many food shows. Too many beauty shows. What I do is record a lot of Denim & Co shows and I watch them when I am bored with the programming.

I WFH so I have shopping channels on for noise because the news channels were stressing me out. QVC used to be perfect but even though I don't give it 100% of my attention, it's much more boring than it used to be. Too much TSV, too much of the same thing, over and over. And if I have to hear one more Philosophy creamy, soft, bubble pitch, I may scream.
Like you, I've started looking in the QVC back catalog. Last week I watched about 8 hours of Isaac. He's quite funny, charming and you don't have to really pay attention.
I disagree with the posters who say QVC is just a shopping channel. They would not have the programming they have if it were. Plus, I thought I read from one of their quarterly update meetings that they consider themselves entertainment.

QVC's programming is like watching "Goundhog Day" - same old, same old.

I rarely watch anymore, but it seems when I do turn it on it is the same old products and vendors. Belle, Food, which is so over priced, Christmas in July, which stared in June.
on a positive note, I am saving money and returning to shopping in stores and enjoying once again.

I've always enjoyed cij somehow this July there aren't as many items that interest me .
used to be there was too much that I loved and had to have . Even Valerie's items seem to be same ole same ole , hurricanes spheres, lanterns, gingerbread items . Good for my wallet.
