I have to say I agree with the OP. Programming has also gone downhill just like everything else on the Q, hosts, etc. I like a variety and have my favorites like others. I'm not wishing they didn't have these things for people who like the stuff but for me honestly,
it has become an absolute snoozefest!
Tomorrow is fashion day on HSN, that's where you will find me if I'm needed, LOL!

I'm with OP. I'm sooooooooo bored with Q. I just can't watch like I did for a long time.
It seems like it's 1 of 3 things when I do tune in.
1. crazy, childish antics, nonsensical chit chat, personal stories, multiple hosts/vendors fighting to talk, yelling over each other, etc etc.
2. same old, same old products (or variations of)
3. higher prices than other retailers for the same things, especially brands not owned by Q. Even brands owned by Q are overpriced for what you get compared to other retailers.

I was just thinking this same thing. I know they have billions of items on their webpage but I always liked actually seeing the presentations. If I don't see it, I don't always know I "need" something. If I'm just doing regular online shopping, I always revert to the Big A, rarely do merchandise searching on QVC.

@cjm61 wrote:@RJGeorgia I have to disagree. I really enjoy the food shows and do not find them boring or considered "one group" since there are so many varieties of food offered. From desserts and sweets, to savory, to snacks, main course meals, gift ideas, etc.
Also, I too am a long time customer, in fact, since 1986. I don't see any big change in TSV presentations. They spent an entire hour on TSV's such as mattresses, vacuums, computers and many others many years ago.
However, with this said, yes, sometimes it could bore me but I never leave QVC on long enough to get bored if it has no interest for me. I am not a buyer of Denim & Co but I occasionally can sit through an enjoyable hour presentation with great hosts like Pat or Jayne with Gary.
I know that many are not fans of CIJ but this is my favorite month of programming. I just love it. If it bothers you, please allow the customers that do enjoy these programs do so without the continual complaints. There are just so many options out there these days, Q2, both HSN and QVC streaming, HSN2, ShopHQ, etc.
I do agree, sometimes the heat can make us grumpy. For us here we haven't reached any temps higher than the 80's so maybe I am just a little more agreeable with the programming these days.
Your temps sound great. It's been over in the upper 90s with feels-like temps of 119-120 for two weeks here. Today is the first morning below 75. It was so nice to sit outside at 5am because it was just 61 degrees.
My state has been clobbered by derechos the last 5 years. A derecho went right through my city 3 days ago. It's the first time in over 30 years that a tornado or derecho went through my city instead of around it or through outlying suburbs.
At points, this derecho was directly over the homes of 2 of my brothers and only 3 BLOCKS from me. I was lucky to have just some tree branches down. But I did lose power for a day...while it was 116 feels-like degrees so my dog and I sat in my air conditioned car a few times when we couldn't take it anymore.

It's not just you, it's me, too. I'm especially bored with Gourmet Holiday and, most of the time, there's no holiday. Wonder what the programmers are thinking?

We'll hear the Q send the hosts out again, pleading how poorly their sales are in January. Of course they're bad in January, you've been selling Christmas since July!

I actually think that is the worst on QVC
