Bliss Light (green) arrived broken :(

I've waited over 1 year to finally order one of these from the other night. I got one in green. It arrived today and the caps were stripped or 2 prong cap was broken off. I did call CS. They do not have any but on wait list now. Sighhh...thought is might look pretty on my plants. It is still lighting up but is not water proof w/o the caps/covers. CS did say she could try to send me the 2 cords to replace those (timer+power). Oh well. Not so blissful, lol...
