@on the bay   Thanks for your reply.  I honestly don't know what to make of all this.  It certainly doesn't instill a sense of security for using this site.

 

When the rep mentioned "security" issues to me, she stated that it has been a problem for several weeks!  Yet customers are not being informed NOR protected (I gather).  

 

"Clear cookies" is another joke.  On the same day this occurred, I ordered something from HSN with no problem.  It's on the way through tracking,

 

I think I'm done with QVC.
