I have been watching QVC for years.  I am a cosmetic junkie.  What I can't understand is that a host will be on selling a product and tell you that it's their favorite.  Then a week later the same person is on selling another beauty product and telling you that it is the best.  I know you have to sell products, but I have so many products that I bought, it looks like I am a hoarder.

So one is their fave, and the other is the best.

Meanwhile, you've watched for years, and order everything?

Why do you think you're so easily influenced by what sales persons say when pitching a beauty product?

Getting to that hoarder point, maybe it's time to pause and reflect on what you really want from a cosmetic.

...maybe they’re former or future politicians.

The host are going to say whatever is needed to make a sale. Don’t fall for it.

Read the reviews and they’ll steer you in a more reliable direction.

@rhondaH I agree with you. How can it be a 'favorite' mascara on Tuesday and then on Wednesday night have a new 'favorite' mascara?! Gah. But, as someone pointed out, it's their job to sell, so they use those buzz words that stick out in our minds....
