I thought it was nice but it expires at the end of the month so probably not that much use to me.

I don't care if a retailer appreciates me, just sell great items at reasonable prices. I'm not subscribed to Q email & I received the form letter with discount code so purchased 3 Cuddl Duds double plush sets that are on clearance with an additional $5.00 off each after the 1st....that's a great buy for my favorite Cuddl Duds set.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the letter today—this is the first time I've received any of the "perks" or freebies others have commented on over the past few years. The gesture is definitely appreciated.

I hope to get the $15 off $50 but no letter yet.  I have gotten a few perks for being a rewards member.  Free shipping one day, $10 off a $50 beauty purchase.  I did get the 15 off of $50 this summer.  

My coupon code then for the beauty didn't go through, but the cs rep took the code for me and reduced my price by the $10.  Customer service is good like that.  

I'm not a Q card holder.  Maybe they figured all the newbies that got freebies last year, maybe they finally figured their loyal customer base needed a few perks.  I didn't see that offer available this year to new customers.  (Three months of free shipping.)

Update.. I did finally get “the letter” w/$15 coupon today.. lol.
I don’t know if I’ll use it , but it was still nice to be acknowledged.
Maybe whomever that didn’t receive letter will still receive in mail.

I truly don't mean to offend anyone.

The titled of this thread cracks me up every time I see it.  The thought of a huge corporation sending a beautiful letter is just too funny to me. 

I worked for a huge international corporation for nearly 40 years. Part of this included working with countless other huge corporations. I was high enough up the ladder to be in the know about a lot of things.

They hire professional writers to schmooze employees, customers, shareholders, etc. Not one big corporation intends for anything to be considered beautiful. Their one and only goal is to pull people in to buy and help their bottom line and shareholders.

And as a shareholder in many large corporations I am very grateful and pleased with that!

Me too!  I was disappointed I didn't receive the free cookies some got awhile back.
