@Spurt   .. QVC would be the last place I would purchase any electronics .. they tend to sell out dated models at ridiculous prices.

Let me tell you, when I was new to QVC I made a HUGE mistake and ordered a laptop from QVC....It was shipped all set up, however, the computer developed problems ...I called their support line, and called again---voicemail box full, finally got a hold of someone---they assured me it would be easy to fix, sent a Tech person to my home, it worked for awhile and then broke again, Tech person came out again, the Tech person was told to inform me to send it back to the manufacturer (oh and they arranged pick it didnt even go as scheduled) I called again to arrange another pickup---came back from the factory worse than ever---Tech person came out---still didnt work! I ended up calling QVC Corporate to advise that I paid over $1000 and expected a WORKING laptop---they agreed to send a replacement and a Manager would call me back to arrange it---the Manager was rude, and told me to make sure I sent the non-working machine back or Id be charged for both---did I understand this!!!.  I made sure to get a signed receipt that I sent it back.....Finally got a working computer!!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I buy electronics from QVC !!  All my purchasers through Best Buy go through so easy and painlessly----WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

ITA and just wonder why so many shoes....Shoes seem to be a product that would generate lots of returns.....

For example, my normal size is 6M when I buy from local stores, but with QVC I wear a 7M in Ryka, and a 6 1/2 M with Skechers, and a 6 in Clarks .......Of course with  different styles or other manufacturers its a guess on what size I should order.....And forget free exchanges that size or color is sold out you're out of luck and would receive a refund

@Spurt  I certainly don't know a lot about shoes but maybe there is a high profit margin, like on beauty products.

Re: Be Prepared For More Tech Overkill......

@Spurt not me. I almost never watch any of the electronic shows. Heck I have a laptop (both personal and for work) so I know as much about using them as I need to. The two times I can recall watching any of their tech stuff was when they had the Amazon Echo on and I was curious about it and when they were talking about Roku and the amazon firestick as I am considering cutting my cable service and am interested in the various options.

Other than that - how many times do I need them to show me how to recharge my whatever with the Halo or even jump start my car?

Nah that's an easy pass for me.

I find that I have been watching the Discovery and Science channels, along with the History channel and it is much better for my mind and my wallet. I don't have to be annoyed for bored.

Today's TSVs are not made yet. David explained they would be made "especially for me in April" 🙄. Figure that in w/ a possible waitlist or slow shipping and it will be an outdated computer before it hits the front porch.

No, I believe it is the opposite: that they are making them up-to-date and shipping them right away, as opposed to one browsing a store a seeing models that have been on the shelf for who knows how long.

Yep, those electronic shows are downright boring and they repeat the TSV or Big Deal so much you can recite the script...even if there's something else in the show viewers are interested in, the viewers lose interest so its better to turn the channel.............

And how many times do we have to see the film clip of Kerstin starting her car with the Halo and screeching like she discovered gold or something....Woman LOL

Glad you found something else to watch......

Re: Be Prepared For More Tech Overkill......

LOL @Spurt screeching is right -- I never watch any shows that Kersten or Jennifer Coffey host. I only watch Shawn when she is with IM and even then I have to grit my teeth and sometimes mute the tv because I am so annoyed. IM was on with Sandra on Friday and it was SOOO pleasant. I enjoyed the show very much.

Sometimes Ill watch tolerate an Isaac show with SK she seems more focused on those "Ask Isaac" questions than she does the actual products in the show... Woman LOL
