I ordered the velvet burnout scarf on wait list a while ago. As soon as I saw it shipped with it still on wait list I said oh oh. Sure enough there were two holes in the scarf and QVC had simply sent me the scarf that had been returned by someone else for most likely the same reason. This was a present for someone and now I have to come up with a Plan B. I sure wish this retailer would do a better job of quality control. This is really so unnecessary and a huge inconvenience to me as I now have to find a gift that I thought was covered and now return the damaged item and hope QVC doesn't send this to some other poor person.
