Same thing as other customers. Had an airconditioner to be returned. Customer service TOLD me I didn't need original box that they would pick it up without box. Only to find out three days later, they could not do that. Only original box was gone. They want me to find another box that will hold an 85 lb air conditioner and return it. WHAT????? Where am I to find that kind of box and why should I. Their customer service give me the wrong advice. THEY DON'T CARE
