they need a channel JUST DEDICATED TO XMAS IN JULY. That way people who like that stuff can watch and we who detest the programing do not have to suffer. They would make more money that way.

My goodness the moaning, the groaning and someone actually used the word "suffer" in this thread.

Great idea, @SeaMaiden!

Or perhaps they should begin another channel geared to decorating, home goods and DYI!  Miss the DYI both shopping channels used to put on.

I was up early this morning flipping through the channels, (I am not watching  any shows as I just do NOT need any more Christmas items at all!), but I saw Dan Hughes on with Valerie selling a red pick up truck.

They described it as American Folk Art. How wrong could you be!!!  American Folk Art is done by American artisans not made of cheap junk from China.

IMO, the Christmas items they are selling are just that, cheap stuff made in China, I want no part of any of it.

Aren't most things from QVC made in China?

I don't want to come off as a scrooge!!  However, three days of Christmas items - most often on the two channels I get - is just too much to take!

I don't watch that often anymore, but do like to tune in from time to time. It's nothing against Christmas: I would feel the same if it were three days of constant fashion, food or jewelry programming!  I don't even mind twenty-five hours of one specific  topic.  Enough is enough!

Sorry, I just had to vent!

I honestly thought they had already completed Christmas in July.  I turned last night and they were saying merry Christmas to a caller really??? I could not change the channel fast enough. Smiley Happy

I like the Christmas programming, but I understand how some of you feel.   I dislike the prolonged beauty or jewelry programming.  Those products are not something I care about or buy.

I love CIJ, i'm sick of jewelry and Logo that I would not ever purchase. And the decor on the sets is so pretty to look at
