I know she's new. I will give her the grace that she needs to improve. Currently, she is not someone I watch. The other night she was on air with IT cosmetics with Desiree. I actually recorded it because as it has been mentioned, I believe they are leaving Q in the fall and I wanted to see if I could snag any deals between now and then. So, right out of the gate she stood so close to Desiree that I actually felt uncomfortable. She was in her personal space almost the whole show.

Maybe she was not feeling confident and wanted to stand closer, who knows? In general, I don't think she feels comfortable...yet? I feel like she's always searching for something to say, and you can read her face when she's thinking about it. Perhaps it will come in time, but again I don't watch very often. This was what I have picked up from a few times flipping through the channels and watching that cosmetics show the other night.

First off - I haven’t seen anyone look as nice in the newest ME by Jennie Garth Halter dress than Avijah !!

She could be a model !! 💕




2nd I watched the IT Cosmetics recently on air video Item # A378981 and ..



AND Avijah was NOT in the IT Cosmetics lady’s personal space! 🥴

I'm not familiar with the new hosts.  But that name Avijah  shot out to me.  It means God is my father.  It's a great name.  It's Hebrew.  It's traditional male name, but this is the first I've seen it for a woman.  In Israel, it's a fairly common name for men.

I caught an interview with Avijah, who gave some of her personal story.  She said her parents were Persian (Iranian) imigrants, who settled in southern California.  She has been a news anchor and reporter. I really enjoy her presentations. Avijah is very sweet and professional.

I watched that IT Cosmetics episode... and I so agree with you @RescueLover !

Aviijah needs to go back to training. On D&co today she didn’t know product, talked about personal life home kids too much. Stumbled over product info had to rely on producer. D$ Co my go to for many years but I just can’t watch her. A good mgr would see need for more training and coaching by a pro- maybe Jane B or Pat! After several months she should be smoother and more natural on air along with studying product offerings beforehand. She’s not there.

I think she still needs a little work. Improvement. All of them tell family stories, memories, and so on, but I feel like she uses it as a crutch.If you don't know what you're talking about, and I don't care how long you've been with the network, count me out.

The first time I watched her I didn't care for her, something about her voice.  However, she has grown on me and whenever she is on, I watch her show.  She is very natural in her presentation and I think she has come far.  She really wears the clothes well, maybe she should be a model.  But, I think she is refreshing and she just loves Mary Beth.  She said Mary Beth was her mentor.  I hope she doesn't change, but she probably will.  But, presently she is a nice change of pace.
