Is anyone else having issues with auto delivery cancellations and skipping shipments?  I've had issues for months.  The site spins for ages and I have to get out of the site.    Maybe this a Safari issue?

No, every time I have checked I had no problems. However, I don't check it often.

@cheygal50,

Regarding your last 2 sentences, try deleting all Safari browser cookies/cache/history/website data, then close and relaunch the browser.
And be sure you have the most recent version.

 

Also... Safari has a history of problems with QVC's website, so you might need to try a different browser here.

Sorry no problems here.  I go in my AD order status several times a week and just a while ago today.

 

I use Edge on a desktop or Silk on my Kindle.

@cheygal50   It's not unusual for there to be problems between QVC and Safari. If you have problems try temporarily using a different browser.

Yes, I continue to have issues with QVC cancelling auto delivery orders.  However, in one case, the vendor in which the order was cancelled is still on QVC selling their items.  It's like they cancel the previous orders so you will place a new order for basically the same thing at a higher cost.  If the vendor cannot delivery on an existing order, they should not continue to sell items.  Very frustrating when the customer service folks simpley say, "oh I'm sorry".  Nothing gets done.

Well my Rastellis AD for my ribeye steaks was cancelled.  Not sure why, because it was a repeat TSV at the same price as last year.  It was my final shipment of my AD from last year.  They also back ordered another shipment last fall, but I did get that one later.

 

Sad to see many AD cancelled when the vendor offers it at a higher price.  Just wrong.  The promise of locking in your price for xx shipments.  Then don't offer AD.  It's not right.  I've seen complaints on beauty auto deliveries.
