Auto Delivery Warning

Today I got an email from QVC letting me know that an item I have on auto delivery is scheduled to ship on 9/11. They wanted to give me the opportunity to cancel or delay shipment. I thought this was great. So many times I have been surprised by the delivery of A-D items that I just forgot were coming. It always seemed to be something I already had too much of and would have delayed if I had only realized it was about to be shipped.
