Just received an email from the Q that yet another of my auto-delivery items has been delayed. First it was the Peter Thomas Roth kit (last month) and now my Mally Beauty kit.
The email saying my PTR kit was delayed also said if they didn't get any back in stock by a certain date, my order would be canceled. I don't understand. Isn't the major selling point of auto-delivery that you don't have to worry about it and you're guaranteed delivery? Luckily it eventually did come in.
I know things happen, but now it's two products in a row. Just a little frustrating.
