Same here...mine saying preparing your order 10 days after order date. Crazy, I even called CS. They say they would look into it but still preparing my order. Can't believe what Christmas will look like? QVC you better step up and fix this issue.

@Chatyone 2 I think the real question I have is why some products ship so much faster than others. My orders arrive just as promised when I placed the order. I track them only if I'm really bored!

I think my experience is at least as usual as yours.

I recently ordered two different TSVs. I received the first one in four days. The second one shipped the day following the presentations.

Other items take a week to go through processing to even get to the shipper. So I also think it depends on what you're ordering.

Why don't people incessantly gripping about slow shipping ever mention what the item is? That might give a clue as to the reason.

Products shipping directly from vendors always ship slower.

In addition, Q usually shiips parcel post which is the lowest priority mail so things can sit or take strange routes. A lot of parcel post requires non-USPS trucking companies to transport mail from place to place - and a trucking company isn't going to make a trip if it's not profitable.

Ordering after Dec 1st is risky. There are countless posts about it every December/January.

I've noticed the opposite lately--got that faux greenery TSV on the 26th, within a few days and then-----sent something back and got a refund in just a few days instead of the 2 weeks plus it usually takes!!!
