If an item is marked "as is", can it still be returned if your not happy with it??

Unfortunately, NO.  It can only be returned if defective.

Unless it has recently changed, "as is" items can be returned.  I have done so in the past.

Maybe it's changed then, because I just bought a pair of Vionic shoes and two pairs of NYDJ shorts, ALL AS IS.  I was told by the operator that they WERE NOT Eligible for Returns.

I am wondering about that too. I purchased an As Is Luminara Lantern during last Christmas season and before I purchased it I was told I still had the return policy in place. Fortunately, I loved my purchase.

In the last couple of years, about 90% of my purchases are as is and I have never had an issue returning anything.

You’re good to return. Only Final Sale items can’t be returned. 🤗
