I wonder why they told me that on the phone?  I always place orders using the automated system, but after putting the item numbers in I had to wait for an actual operator.  She said, "You know these are being sold As Is and cannot be returned."  I said sure and that was it. đź’ťđźŚ¸

@cheriere That's a real head scratcher Woman Happy I wonder if she gave you misinformation. Did you happen to look up the item # after you placed the order with her to see if it gave the same information about returns?

No, I didn't, but I can.  It was the NYDJ Ella shorts I recently just posted about.  I ordered a medium denim shade and white.  I ordered them separately too.  So, I actually had to wait and speak with 2 different operators.  This is definitely worth looking into though, thanks.🌸

@Glitter51 I think many are steering you wrong. Yes, you CAN return an As Is item. Below is TODAY'S policies, nothing has changed. However, manufacturers may not honor a warranty.  I believe the CS rep gave incorrect information to you. Look closely though, some items cannot be returned but it will specify before you place an order.

Unfortunately, NO.  It can only be returned if defective.

@cheriere

That's not true. If you read QVC's policy on returns, 'as is' items carry the same 30 day return policy as new items.

'Final sale' items are only returnable if they're defective.

@cheriere  do they usually know anything? They have no idea what's going on.

@cheriere  I would not have placed the order. You can always email the Moderators @QVCSocialteam@QVC.com.

@Sage04

Thank you.💝🌸 In the future, I'll definitely get in touch with the mods instead.  Luckily, the shorts fit.  The white were a little bit tighter, but I can make them work.

From now on though, I'll ask more questions if prompted to speak with an actual operator.

As far as I know blowout clearance are the only category that cannot be returned.

@cheriereI'm sorry you were given bad info, I would pursue this if they don't work for you.
