Anyone receive a damaged article and

I ordered the Susan Graver TSV last month and when I gave it as a gift, it had a hole on the shoulder and no QVC or Susan Graver "hanging tags". It was a bit embarassing. It had to be a used item and surprised it was not inspected. I called Customer Service and they gave me a free shipping return label. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have been a customer since the days of CVN and NEVER had this experience.
