I am experiencing several technical problems and notified QVC by email and rec'd response that said they are aware and working on them.
When I attempt to zoom, nothing; can't zoom ever. When I attempt to zoom a video, video doesn't play. When I go to Program Guide, I get the day before. I have to keep "refreshing" my screen because of errors. "Items Recently On Air" only comes up occasionally.
Help, I haven't changed any settings on my computer and QVC is the only site I'm having these problems with.
