Anyone else have trouble returning the defective Skybar set?

I received the call that the Skybar wine opening set was defective....bottles exploded....I have misplaced the return form, and when I tried to print one it wouldn't let me....referred me to CS. CS said they would email me a return form.....no form arrived. I called again today. CS said "the system" wouldn't allow an email, so she is mailing me a return form. I don't think they want these things back!
