Anyone else getting this message when looking at videos of products?

[ Edited ]

The last 2 days when I've clicked on an item,  the video for the item pops up and says"

"Unable to load video due to server/network issues or unsupported format."

Anyone shed some light on what to do?  I'm not very techy so if you respond, make it simple.  LOL I've cleared my cache or whatever its called and still get the message.  Thank you!  I'm on a laptop and use Google Chrome.

Update:  Hmmm, interesting - seems its only happening with the Graver TSV.  I click on other items and there's no issue. Oh well, not a big deal.

@JudyL   I double checked just now, and no I don't get that message. Maybe try again late, OR coukd it be your browser or filter you have. I have DuckDuckGo, and sometimes I can't get into a site or open something up.  I just the other day, for the first time in quite a while was able to get sound on my iPad.  Perhaps someone far more versed in tech than me can help you. It is indeed so frustrating. One thing after mother on this site.  I guess we are fortunate it works at all.

@shoekitty  - When you were leaving your post, I was updating mine saying that I noticed it was only happening on the Graver TSV, not other videos of items I clicked on.  I'll check  back later.  Probably a QVC issue.

@JudyL  Yes, I'm getting the same error message.  Just with the Susan Graver TSV video.

Yes I have been getting it for a few weeks.  If I click off then on again it works...must be another glitch...

Re: Anyone else getting this message when looking at videos of products?

What p o's me is when somebody posts the number of an item like A012345 and when I copy and paste it in search line it says "hmmmmm we have moved".

Can't even see if I want the item because I can't get to it using the posted information. Then, I have to play the game of trying to get to the item by trying different methods and weeding thru all the options.

This happened to me yesterday when I was looking at a Joan Rivers shirt. Or I should say, trying to look at it.
