Anyone Else Order?

J145718 turquoise concho earrings as a lunchtime special? I did and then canceled and Q says they were sent anyway on the 1st of December. They never came {#emotions_dlg.angry} but they are making me wait until the 14th and then I have to call again and ask for credit if they don't come. Does this seem right? Usually my jewelry items come about 3 days sooner than the estimated date which was the 6th.
