This past week I got 2 on-line surveys.
The first was pretty standard. Then, a few days later I got another one where I answered a few questions then asked if I wanted to participate in a zoom call with some QVC people. I declined, figuring no one has listened thus far to any issues or comments on any other surveys I have participated in. Seemed like time wasted.
Did any of you get one? Are you participating?

I got one a while ago. It had questions about how many purchases i made in a certain time period and what type of things I purchased.
It seemed really senseless,becuae they have that info on their system already.
I usually decline to participate in surveys.

To me, the they could just monitor these boards to find the answers to the questions asked!
Yes, we want free shipping and variety of products! Seriously, they have to ask about that?!!!

Have never gotten any survey from QVC. Not sure if I would respond even if I did.

@Carmie Recently I read that some surveys aren't from the company they supposedly represent. Further, unless I spent significant dollars I don't answert any retailer surveys.
I did just have a chat with my health insurance company. I stayed on line to commend the representative. That's enough!

I don't fill out surveys because they are usually skewed so your answer is the one they want. I remember when I was working they would send us employee satisfaction surveys and they were written so there was no context. I'm pretty sure that as long as I keep ordering QVC doesn't care what I think.

I did started filling it out and quit! It was long and half the stuff was repetitive for categories and other retailers I shop.

I got this survey for QVC about a week ago. It said it would take about 10 minutes. HA!
It went on and on and I nearly just logged out, but then decided to finish it. It was only towards the end that the questions about how much you'd spent in certain categories was meant to include other retailers.
That wasn't made clear - I thought it was about QVC. So in the final comment box I told them the survey was useless and they hadn't made clear the parameters, so it was a waste of everyone's time. I wouldn't bother with another one.
(I don't know how much I've spent on beauty products, clothing, etc., but my DH could tell me to the penny!)
