I'm looking for help with a message I received from QVC. Any moderators here who could offer assistance? I tried customer service last night and waited over an hour and could not get my call answered. I tried again this AM and have yet to speak with anyone.

I AM SO DESPERATE...THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE WITH
ANYONE. MY WIG WAS RETURNED OVER A MONTH AGO AND I CAN NOT
GET ANY ANSWERS. I NOW HAVE A PAIR OF SHOES TO RETURN AND I DO NOT
KNOW WHAT TO DO. HELP HELP
