I agree with you Domenica1 (Domenica was my mother's name).  Antonella is the real deal and I love her too.  I am of Italian descent and feel I have a lot in common with her.  She's warmhearted, funny and genuine and I love the way she presents the merchandise especially on the jewelry shows.

I have always liked Antonella. She seems to have a warm inviting personality . She is like a lot of us, a working mom and wife, came out of the medical field where I am sure she paid her dues.  She does seem to be " the real deal " as someone her said. She does not need to  do the whole diva act. I appreciate that Antonella.  She seems to be like someone I could pal around with and have a blast.

I have always thought Antonella does a god job hosting.  Jewelry seems to be her passion and yes, she can get a bit hyped up when she is loving what she's presenting, but it's tolerable.  My opinion is that because she doesn't do it for everything and she doesn't ooh, ah and gush in every show over every product she presents, I can accept that her enthusiasm over particular jewelry brands and pieces to be genuine.  Antonella also gets my appreciation for allowing the vendors to be the expert and letting them do their job of speaking to the qualities of the products be it a Ripka necklace or Don Aslett  cleaner.  

She look terrific too and doesn't come across as putting on airs (pardon the pun about airs since I only know her manner when she is on air ).
