I am fairly new to the forum, but I have been a QVC shopper for almost ten years now. I, like many of you, have noticed the sky-high shipping costs. In fact, this is my second post about it and I noticed many others on the forum complaining about the high fees. It has come to the point that I do not order as much as I would like b/c of S&H and what seems to be a reduced level of customer service. Unlike some other posters, I am not ready to give up on the Q YET, but I think about it more and more. However, the problem is that Q has some items that I love and cannot get anywhere else. So, I'm trying to stick around. Many other online stores, even high-end dept. stores, offer free shipping on orders over $50 and/or to those who subscribe to their email updates. I cannot see why QVC doesn't do this also, unless it's b/c their sales hasn't suffered for it yet. Some of the brands on Q are not cheap by any means. I mean, we're talking $40 tee shirts, for heaven sakes. Please. And they're not even that cute. I know, I know sometimes they do offer an item with free shipping. But, it is seldom something I want. And I also know, if I don't wanna shop Q then I don't have to. But, I do want to. I just want it to be a good value when I do, like it used to be. Anyway, I'm done ranting. I am going to write up a very nice letter to email to Q about this. I am going to suggest that they offer better shipping options at reasonable prices, if not free for orders over $50, without raising the cost of the items. I'm hoping that some of you will do the same. I'm not asking you to, but I hope that you will do it for yourself and for your fellow shoppers. Have a good day everyone.
