Another Exchange question

 When returning an item for exchange of size, are any extra fees incurred such as the $6.95 or $3 return shipping of the replacement?  I know it says free exchange just want to be sure. Also what if the item wanted is not available? I don’t want any extra expense beyond original shipping.

@Another new name Sue As long asyou are exchanging for size/color within the same item number there are no extra fees. Return using the Q label and they will send out your replacement at no cost to you. If the replacement is not available you will be refunded what you paid (minus original S/H) but they will not charge you the Q return label.

@Another new name Sue  Check your bill to confirm ithe transaction is done accurately though- QVC seems to make a lot of mistakes in this regard. Woman Frustrated
