Seriously? I must spell it out? If you reread the first OP I talked about the constant sales spiel about "living in difficult times" by the hosts.  It then veered off into not liking AL and his overpriced vitamins.  So I repeat, how is that about the OP?

@KKJ Someone posts a topic or a question.  Other people start to give their opinions, and the topic morphs as other issues and subjects are brought into the mix.

The discussion branches and grows (or dies because there are only two or three things said and nobody cares).  It is called a discussion.

A monologue apparently is what you expected.

@KKJ   Simply put, Lessman has an annoying sales spiel.

You are right and that's what makes a thread interesting  I apologize,. Guess I reacted the way I did because some time ago I was scolded for  "going off topic" on a thread by the board police. Sorry, didn't mean to become one of them---LOL!

I like Andrew. At least he educates us. He isn't as boring as Josie.... and other vendors. To each his own.

Interesting because I do take many AL vitamins but never listened to his spiel. I do think his vitamins are probably better than what you find at the drugstore.

At least his vitamins are sourced in the united states and he gives free shipping on HSN . His vitamins are either all in one or he gives you a year supply of whatever you need or want to take. I think Andrew presents his specials, if you listen you can learn immense amounts of vital information important health information regarding your body and or your mind. Perhaps you would rather listen or watch Caroline present with Gary and giggle to sell the same old over priced outdated d&co clothes all day or ITKWD do the happy dance. To me that is nonsense. I purchased 2 of Andrew lesmans products 2 years ago. So I am not an avid advocate but to bash a host and a product IMO seems a bit nasty. I have watched both the shows I commented on .These shows and presentations are shown at nauseam.

@Grace6663582  I agree, and while I admit I haven't listened to AL that much I can think of many others who have a far more "boring" sales spiel than him.

They should realize that everything they say over and over again for days and weeks gets old.  I'm also tired of all the vendors saying how much they miss being there.  I mean it's a lovely sentiment when it's an original statement, but at this point I feel like they are wasting my time.

@Tadaki I agree that the same stories get really old, like JM's inspiration for argan oil & the "beautiful French woman who looked 40 but was actually 70".  Wonder if she gets tired of saying that as well and is it the Q that makes her do it?

Re: Annoying sales spiel

[ Edited ]

Rachel -- enough with the "social distancing" nonsense!  She just can't stop herself from repeating the same ridiculous comments.  She uses it for everything she's selling.  It's beyond annoying!

What does "physical separation" have to do with selling FASHION.  Most of these hosts are guilty of these "trendy" antics ... time to move on.  And don't get me started on those commericals they continue to show on a shopping channel.  People tune in to shop--not to receive another lecture or hear  another slogan.  Blech!
