It's my fault. I did this to myself. I ordered a twinset on a morning show and later ordered a skirt to go with it in the evening. So, of course, I had to pay TWO shipping/handling fees. I received both items yesterday -- they were sent in the same plastic bag. It probably cost Q all of $2 to ship the lightweight items, but I was charged 2 separate shipping charges.
This has happened to me before -- ordering different items from different shows, charged 2 shipping charges but received in one bag. I keep telling myself to not order from Q again, but then a couple months later, I do. Grrrrr..........
I'm angry Q does this to its customers, but I'm angrier at myself for allowing them to do it.
