I do not care for qvc customer service. They are very snotty the last couple of times I called. There was some kind of glitch in their easy pay. I ordered coffee pot Nov 23 and used easy pay. No problem first payment was 22.00 and billed when shipped a couple days later. Lo and behold on Dec 10th it charged my bank account 22.00 22.00 22.00 and 22.00 on the same day. Called CS and asked what the deal was and they said I must of clicked to bill it out. Never did that. Not sure what happened but it wasn't me.
