An example of their troubles

Just tuned in and they are showing a ballet flat for 140.00. Are you crazy?
Don't care what designer it is, normal people can't afford that. Stop those
prices or lose more customers.

Altho I agree with you I think prices are so high that they wouldn't have much of a selection if they showed lower priced items. If there are changes ahead I think there will be a lot of surprises for customers. I think the Q is trapped between the devil and the deep blue sea.

I keep on dancin'

Just like in a brick and mortar store, I don't expect to like (or be able to afford) every item presented.  But often those items sell out, so someone must like them.

I look at whether or not the items sell, not whether I like them or not.

I find it interesting that everyone has become "armchair" executives since QVC announced bankruptcy.  Do you really think they havent looked at every possibility to alleviate the billions they owe?

There's no secret about the debt restructuring plan:   it has been structured,  filed with the Court and creditors are set to vote on approval.

All details are available publicly.  Everyone is free to review The Plan of Reorganization in detail.

Well I'll tell you, I haven't been able to buy a quality shoe from any source for under $100 for a few years. A cheaply made sneaker or flip flop maybe, but not a good brand shoe.  I watch for sales and focus on quality and comfort over quantity and trendy style.

People have been armchair executives for a lot longer than that! 😆

@brcala .... I agree.  I think the most I have paid for anything on the Q was a Kitchen Aid Mixer.  They really push their "Easy Pays"....I just laugh....easy pay into debt!

Re: An example of their troubles

I think if one wore them and costed out a cost per wear  and found them that comfortable it might be good? Shoes are something I pay more for as I have gotten older for fit and comfort are much more important to me  I am willing to pay more for a good shoe for comfort. Ballet shoes are tricky I think to fit well to wear for walking.  I am leaning to have less and better quality and wear more often.I wouldn't pay for Chanel  Ballet Flats  even used!

I wouldnt pay $140.00 for a tencel fiber blouse so that would be my take. We have different tastes, fit and values regarding money.
