I'm watching QVC2 Sunday evening and both shows I've seen have ambassadors doing the show without a host. QVC has so many hosts, can't they afford to use them on QVC2 now? Seems around the holidays they jam the main QVC channel with 3-4 hosts per show so I know there is an overabundance of hosts. Actually, having one person "hosting" is delightful for a change - less irrelevant chitchat.

Does it really matter? I don't care. Just show the product. Give basic info. I don't need endless conversation about a product.

Never have I seen four hosts for one show and I don't recall having seen three.  Apparently having a host team increases sales or they wouldn't do it.  They are the experts.

Those "ambassadors" are HIRED PITCHMEN...kinda like the hawkers at the state fair...

Come to think of it, I have seen at least 3 hosts at times on some of the Gourmet Holiday shows.

The term "ambassadors" is silly. Kinda like a fast food place calling their employees "hosts". How about we say what we mean.

@Kachina624 for the pat few years, Saturday Morning Q has 4 hosts around the holidays (Kerstin, Alberti, Rachel & Jen) on certain shows. They even gave themselves Elf names. Jen mentioned they would all 4 be hosting this Saturday and I'm sure they'll be doing more hows together as we get closer to Christmas. It doesn't bother me, but I wanted to let you know Q has had 4 hosts on a show on a few occasions.
