I'm going to ask around in the local pet group I'm in on Facebook and see if there's a rescue that might need that specific a diet.  I'm sure it wouldn't hurt my other cat, but I'd rather it go to someone that really needs it. 

i also had most of a bag of his dry food, but I no longer have the bag and my other cat eats it since his last physical they became concerned he might need to get on a Urinary diet.  When we run out of that, Ill get him on just the urinary version.  He's not as picky an eater as my other cat was.
