Amazon.com rocks!

When you return something to QVC that was poor quality or just not up to your standards, you still are required to pay both shipping fees.

Well, I ordered something for my lower functioning students from Amazon that I thought would make therapy more fun, CDs and books with basic vocabulary. The description did not mention that this was all done by song, and song for the 1-2 year old crowd. While some would, I would never demean my high school students with that kind of thing. So I sent them back.

Today I received an email indication the refund for the items , AND for the $10.07 that I paid to send the items back.

Amazon.com rocks. QVC could learn a thing or two from them!
