I am an Amazon Prime member and order from them a lot (love the next day and two day delivery). Never thought of checking what I was thinking of buying from QVC at Amazon UNTIL I started reading the different posts. If I could I would kick myself! I compared Amazon's Jim Shore prices and on three (3) items paid almost double the price PLUS paid for the shipping. I want to thank the individuals who mentioned Amazon. Once again, lesson learned.

You can probably find most everything Q sells or something similar for a far better price if you just search for it online.

I'll  never buy clothing from Amazon, although other things may be okay.  I've tried shoes and they arrived looking shop-worn and used.

I'm certain this will get me in trouble, however, there are VC handbags at TJ Maxx that are 39.99, on the Q for 149.99. There are a few pieces of clothing, current styles, that are 70.00 plus on the Q and less than 30.00 at the Maxx.

Learning that! Someone mentioned that one of the candles QVC sells are now being sold by Kohls (plus different coupon discounts) at a cheaper prices. Gonna check that out too! I am so glad I accidentally found this forum!!!

@Kachina624 - That's interesting; one of the main reasons (along with poor quality and shipping costs) I don't buy much clothing from QVC is because when I do, I often receive orders that smell so strongly of other buyers' perfume that I don't dare open the bag (and I never buy "as is" clothing, so that's very frustrating). I get most of my clothes from Amazon and even have a Prime Wardrobe order arriving today, which allows me to try things on at no charge—I only pay for what I want to keep and send everything else back, all on Amazon's dime. Love it!

I buy a lot of shoes and clothing from Amazon, and I've never had issue with them arriving looking worn and/or used.

I've received 4 BFD items clearly worn, the hair on one was unbelievable. Not to mention the smoke odor on another. I gave up. Received a very worn handbag as well. None were "as is " items.

Wonder if JB, the genius that conjured up Amazon, has made a run at the Q?
